Students that qualify the JEE Advanced exam can get admission to undergraduate programs and integrated master’s programs at all participating IITs and other top engineering colleges in India.
Out of 2.5 Lakh students who cleared JEE Main 2021, 1.5 Lakhs registered for the JEE Advanced in the same year. The number of students appearing for JEE Advanced ranges from 1.5 to 2 Lakhs every year.
Organizer: JEE Advanced, earlier referred to as IIT-JEE, is conducted by one of the seven zonal IITs in rotation. These include IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, and IIT Guwahati.
JEE Advanced Eligibility: Learners who have qualified JEE Main exam can appear for the JEE Advanced examination.
Attempts: Candidates can appear for the JEE Advanced exam for a maximum of 2 attempts in 2 consecutive years
Exam Frequency: The JEE Advanced exam is conducted once a year.
